Glance offers solutions that are fast, easy to use, and just work every time.
At Glance we believe that digital engagements should have the same human element as a face-to-face, in-person interaction. That’s why we developed the Glance Visual Engagement Platform.
Glance is one of the world’s simplest, most reliable, and secure solutions that empowers enterprises to see, show, and share anything with digitally connected customers.
In the call center, Glance allows your agents to see the screen of the connected customer, immediately understand their challenge, and guide them to a speedy resolution.
Trainers can see the screen of the customer and guide them through a digital training curriculum.
Sales teams can launch sharing sessions, present and demo, and close business in an elegant, frictionless sales motion automatically logged in their CRM.
Advisors can conduct digital consultations that rival in-person, face-to-face meetings.
