Embracing Guided CX and human connection at Glance

I am absolutely thrilled to introduce you to the new Glance brand. We’ve spent countless hours brainstorming, designing, and collaborating internally and with our customers to create a brand that reflects who we are and what we believe in — that the power of human connection is transformative in today’s digitally-driven world. 

When I first joined Glance in 2013, we were seeing a lot of success with our screen share product. The world has evolved many times since then, and so have we. Remote work is the new normal. More business and meetings are conducted online than in-person. Thousands of important, personal decisions are being made online every second of every day.

Glance has transformed to meet rising consumer needs, shifting from a screen share product to a provider of omnichannel visual engagement solutions for some of the largest enterprises in the world. And although we leverage cutting-edge technology, we’re heavily invested in the time-tested truth that human connection is of paramount importance, and really the only way companies can differentiate themselves today.

While technology has undoubtedly made our lives more convenient and connected, it can also create a sense of detachment and superficiality. That's why fostering authentic connections in the digital world is more crucial than ever.

Genuine human connection brings meaning, empathy, and understanding to our online interactions. It's about going beyond the surface level and truly engaging with others on a deeper level. 

When we take the time to listen, share, and empathize with one another, we create spaces that foster trust, belonging, and support. Whether a customer is trying to accomplish something as simple as resolving a technical issue or as complex as applying for their first home mortgage loan, these connections have the power to transform frustration into ease, confusion into confidence, and skepticism into loyalty. By infusing our online interactions with authenticity and visibility, we cultivate relationships that are more meaningful and lasting.
