Glance leverages SAML/SSO and Active Directory to authorize and control agent use of the visual engagement solutions. Auto and bulk provisioning capabilities are available using SAML, web service, or CSV file uploads. Glance can also be extended to authorized trusted advisors, such as CPAs or financial advisors, to provide customers with a real-time visual engagement experience with trusted, third-party professionals.
