In an age when everyone is focused on online mediums, snail mail can have a major impact. A handwritten note is a great way to show your customers they’re more than email fodder or social media handles. When I receive a sincere “thank you” note in the mail, I sit up and take notice. I’ve even posted photos of cards on social media with major shoutouts to the companies that sent them.
At Glance Networks, we also use “snail mail” as a media channel, because we focus on building personal relationships with our customers. As we well know, the genuine human touch goes a long way.
