Company will demonstrate how screen sharing, cobrowse, mobile app sharing and live agent video deepens customer engagement and increases revenue

Arlington, MA, April 1, 2018 –Glance Networks, a leading provider of visual engagement solutions that enable organizations to deepen customer relationships and transform contact center operations into brand-building and revenue generation opportunities, announced it will be demonstrating its market-leading solutions at the Boston stop of the Salesforce World Tour. The event will take place April 3, 2019 at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston. Glance will be located at kiosk 123 during the event. Glance is a Gold Sponsor of the event.

Highlighting the activities will be two live demonstrations of the company’s customer engagement solutions. Glance customer, Constant Contact, will demonstrate its use of the technology at 12:30 pm at Partner Theater #2 in the Customer Success Expo in the session “How To Transform The Service Center For Revenue Generation.” Glance will then participate in the Demo Jam, a 3-minute competition among select Salesforce AppExchange Partners, set for 4 pm in Theater 1.

The Salesforce World Tour brings together technology partners, integrators, and customers to share strategies and best practices that can maximize revenue, enhance customer satisfaction, and build brand loyalty. The program includes keynote sessions, panel discussions, technology demonstrations, and the Customer Success Expo, which gives Salesforce partners the opportunity to showcase their innovations.
