“Am I designing a customer experience that addresses the different ways people think and feel when they solve problems?” That was the question that MINDBODY’s KC Duggan asked of the crowd gathered in the Pinnacle Theater at Dreamforce 2018.
MINDBODY training and support agents use Glance to onboard new customers and guide their ongoing success. MINDBODY realized that although some users are “auditory learners,” more commonly their customers are “tactile and visual learners.” Tactile and visual learners retain more of what they learn if agents can use Glance to join them in their app, show them how to use the MINDBODY software, and guide them to point and click their way to their own success.
