Salesforce’s Dreamforce 2016 was an amazing experience. Although our badges are off and our bags are unpacked, our minds still wander back to San Francisco, where we saw a glimpse of the tomorrow of technology.

It never ceases to amaze us how Salesforce flawlessly pulls off such an engaging and inspiring event. How many companies can motivate 170,000 people from all over the world to converge on San Francisco and attract 15 million more online to get educated, entertained, and inspired?

Glance and Intuit win the 2016 Salesforce Partner Innovation Award

Kicking off Dreamforce, Intuit and Glance were honored with the 2016 Salesforce Partner Innovation Award. Tyler Prince, Executive Vice President, WW Alliances & Channels at Salesforce, presented the award.

Winning the award was fantastic, but knowing that Intuit’s customers have said things like, “I feel like there is a tax angel on my screen” and “This stuff is so cool I can’t wait for next tax season to come back and see what else you have” – now that makes us jump for joy. When our both our customers and our customers’ customers are happy – well, there’s nothing better.

Salesforce is Lightning up our lives

Many thanks to Salesforce’s Mike Rosenbaum, who visited our booth to learn about the latest enhancements and features of our Lightning Ready Glance Cobrowse technology. Salesforce Lightning has gained tremendous momentum, with 90,000 companies using Lightning and 1,000+ apps built on it – including Glance.

In addition, while onstage at the Deloitte CloudMix demo, we were thrilled to get a big shout out from Adam Messer, Sr. Manager at Deloitte Digital. We are so grateful to be working with such amazing people!

Tom Martin, Glance CEO, spoke about this fantastic advantage at the Partner Lodge during Dreamforce. He discussed how to build a winning combination of products that will help Salesforce customers differentiate themselves and improve the customer experience. With the new Lightning capability mentioned above, this process has become even easier than before.

Making customer experience amazing

Dreamforce ’16 provided us a glimpse into the future of leveraging technology to transform the customer experience. It was another unforgettable week that inspired everyone. And we were happy to share it with the good folks from CohnReznick, who joined us at our booth (thank you!). Together, we work with clients to analyze, design, and deliver an immediate ROI with a cobrowse deployment.
